Return window
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the outer packaging is intact and the fragrance has not been opened.
Opened pieces
For health reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Limited pieces
Numbered pieces can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect, given their limited nature.
